Mama Feelsgood has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only.We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mama Feelsgood disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you.

7.Ordering errors

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘place order’ on the final page of our ordering process.

8.Delivery charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and can only be refunded in accordance with your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and other legislation. For full details of our delivery charges please refer to out delivery section

9.Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

10.Cancellation right

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods . For details of how to exercise this right please see our Returns and Refunds section.

11.Links to other websites

We have placed links on this website to other websites we think you may want to visit. We do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their contents. Mama Feelsgood cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.

12.Exclusions of liability

Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Mama Feelsgood or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

16.Law, jurisdiction and language

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.

We do not accept american express    

 All payments that you make by credit or debit card are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. If your card issuer does not authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and we will email you to let you know. We cannot be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the products you wished to buy.

18. Delays

Occasionally, delivery of your order may be delayed or postponed. We will, or course, make every effort to keep you informed and discuss revised delivery timescales.

19.Foreign Payments

All prices for all products and delivery are stated in British Pounds and will be charge to your credit / debit cards in British Pounds.

Please be aware all exchange rates are dictated by the card used for the payment and not Mama Feelsgood Limited.

Please be aware any charges made by payment card companies as to exchange rates are for payment and are the customers responsibility and have no connection to Mama Feelsgood Limited.

20. Returns and exchanges 

We know that buying before you've tried on your nursing tops doesn't always work out, so if you find your breastfeeding clothesor maternity clothes  from us are too big, too small, not what you thought they would be, or just not your thang then we will of course have them back for a refund or an exchange as long as they adhere to our conditions listed below .Please note that unless the items are faulty YOU PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE to get the clothes back to us.


Sorry to get all bad ass but we do not accept clothes back that have been worn, smell of smoke or food or have a strong odour, or washed or have deodorant stains on, lipstick stains or any kinda stains! (of course ladies try the clothes on but thats it if you want to return them don't wear them then ask for a refund), we are a small company and it honestly upsets  when people try and return worn goods . If they have been worn or are not in the same condition as we sent them out we will return them to you; also we know when something has been washed so don't wash and return because they will get sent back too - blimey we sound awful but we won't be able to sell them on and you wouldn't want to buy something someone else had worn . We love our nurisng tops and we'd like them back in the same condition they were sent.+

  • You have 30 days from receipt to get them back to us, with original tags dudes.

  • complete the refund / exchange slip that came with your package pop that in with your clothes you want to return and send to:

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please get proof of postage just incase they get lost in the post - if they do get lost on the way back to us we will not refund the cost of the goods that`s the responsibility of whichever company provide the postal service.  So for your own protection we strongly advise you use a service which will insures the price of the goods in in transit and provides proof of postage (ie royal Mail recorded delivery). 



As mentioned above we do not refund the cost of return postage , & you have 30 days from receipt of goods to get them back to us. 

All refunds will be made in the same way the goods were purchased  ie if by card refunds will be refunded back to the card you used to purchase items, if via Paypal refunded to your paypal account and via cheque etc.

Card refunds - please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to show on your statement as the length of time refunds take varies depending upon card issuer

We promise to refund within 5 working days of receiving the good back  (unless they are unworthy for a refund as stated above).



  • If you would like an exchange you must pay the return postage to get the nursing top / clothes back to us, we then will pay the postage for the exchanged goods to be sent back to you,for the first exchange only, any other exchange on the same purchase after that you pay all postage on. ie we pay the postage for the clothes to get to you; you must pay the return postage for the initial return to us for the exchange. (UK customers)
  • Just fill out the exchange form which came with your order and pop it in with your returned clothes and send back to us at the address mentioned above.
  • If the exchanged goods are more expensive then your original order then please include a cheque made payable to Mama FeelsGood for the difference
  • If the goods are cheaper we will refund the difference via the same method you used for payment ie back to your card or paypal etc
  • if the items you wanted for an exchange have sold out we will email you to let you know. 
  • Foreign customers must pay all postage costs for exchanges.

                                  Distance Selling Regulations

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Mama FeelsGood for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s) by post to the address above. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.


We really want you to enjoy your nursing tops , breastfeeding dress , and we are a very friendly company, we make these nurisng clothes for your enjoyment and want you to look amazing in them whilst being able to breastfeed your baby easily and in style. 

21: Multi buys

If any goods which form part of a multibuy offer are returned to us for a refund, you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If any goods which form part of a multibuy offer are returned for exchange with an item not included in the same multi-buy offer, you will be charged the difference between the discounted price and the full price item
