What size am I ?
For our maternity tees & maternity bump bands basically pick your pre-pregnancy size. Breastfeeding tees please refer to our size guide page also size charts are available on the actual product pages.
Can I buy over the phone?
At the moment we can only take payments via our website, so sorry no phone orders can be taken at this moment. However in the future we do mean to change this.
How can I pay for my order?
All transactions are made in pound sterling (£), via our website we take: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Maestro. You can also download our order form here and pay via cheque or postal order. This should be made out to : Mama Feelsgood. Please send it along with your completed order form to :

Do you accept Payapal ?
No sorry at this moment we do not take PayPal as a means of payment.
Are your clothes machine washable?
Mama Feelsgood maternity designs are made in good qulaity cotton, easy care fabrics for your comfort. All are machine washable for ease. To get maximum, long-lasting wearability, just follow the detailed care instructions on the labels.
Can I return an item
Of course, please refer to our refund & exchange page which give more details.
Do I have to pay returns postage?
Basically yes. Unless we sent an item in error or the item is faulty you are liable to pay the return postage to us. For your own security we do recommend that you obtain as a minimum a proof of postage certificate from the post office as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. More details are on our returns page.
I’ve not received my order
Please note that within the UK please leave up to 5 working days for your order to reach you. International orders can take up to 14 working days (depends upon country). If you have not received your order please contact help@mamafeelsgood.com where we will trace your order and be in contact with you ASAP.
I have received an incorrect/damaged item, what should I do?
Occasionally we accidentally make a mistake and are very sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you. Please return the items to us by Royal Mail having obtained a proof of postage and enclosing the returns form with details of the mistake or a note for our attention, both stating the cost of returning the items to us. Upon receipt we will refund the postage and arrange delivery of the correct item.
Is it safe to order online?
Your safety is incredibly important to us and to protect your details, we utilise industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. This ensures that your transactions are secure and your information cannot be hi-jacked or redirected to anyone. Items returned due to non delivery
If an order is returned to us by Royal Mail as a result of either an incorrect address, a customer's refusal to accept the delivery or failure to acknowledge cards left by Royal Mail, the customer will be responsible for the costs incurred to re-send the order. We will charge £3.95 to re-send the order via Recorded Delivery.
Providing us with the correct address
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address when ordering, your package may be returned to us by Royal Mail in which case we will let you know straight away. You will then be charged for resending the item(s). Should you enter the wrong address and your order doesn't arrive either with yourself or with us, we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense. Please reduce the risk of this happening by entering your full and complete postal address. If you make a mistake and enter the wrong details, please contact help@mamafeelsgood.com immediately
