Orders Over £50 within the UK get free postage.

Within the UK:

Standard delivery delivered within 5 working days .

Cost: £2.95 

  1. please note most orders will require a signature upon delivery
  2. standard delivery items which do not fit through your letter box, may be taken to your local royal mail depot where you will have to collect (Royal mail should leave a note through your door if this happens).

Ireland & Channel Islands

Standard delivery – approx 5-10 working days

Cost: £3.95

please note most deliveries will require a signature

 

Europe

Standard delivery: approx 5 – 10 working days

Cost: £3.95

please note most orders will require a signature upon delivery.

 

Rest of the world

Standard delivery: approx 8-12 working days - please note most orders will  need a receipt upon delivery.

Cost: £8.95

 

Returns Policy

IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches it’s destination country are the buyers responsibility to pay and not Mama Feelsgood. Please contact your local customs office for further information if required.

 

Mama Feelsgood.com understands where ladies are coming from, so if the T-shirts is too big / small, you just don’t like it then please don’t feel bad, just simply return it to us for an exchange or refund. Simply::

1. Return your unused (unworn) t-shirt(s) to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt with all the original tags attached.

2. Complete the return form sent with  your invoice and send this and your t-shirt(s) to our returns address:

Please note:

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whist being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt. Ladies please don’t wash your Tees either and then try to return to us, if you don’t want them then don’t wear them, just send them on back J  Items must be returned neatly folded and in a saleable condition, because we need to be able to sale them again.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, and return postage is at the cost of the customer. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides you with proof of posting (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery).

Refunds
Return the unused (unworn, unwashed) items along with your completed form (sent with your invoice) to us at our returns address (stated above) within 30 days of receipt.

We do not refund P&P costs unless an incorrect or faulty item was sent.

Refunds will only be made if items are returned to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whist being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt. Items must be returned neatly folded and in a saleable condition. If we believe that reasonable care has not been taken of items in your possession we will contact you by email and may not be able to make a full refund for goods.

We will issue a refund (which will not include the costs of delivery) if the terms of return are adhered to.

Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made – allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement as the length of time refunds take varies depending on the card issuer.

Returned items will be processed/checked/refunded in within 5 working days.

 

Exchanges:
Mama Feelsgood will cover the cost of the first exchange for UK customers only, ie we will pay postage for your exchange item to be sent to you. All customers are to pay their own return postage costs for exchanges ie to return original purchase to us. If you wish to exchange an item simply fill in the Exchange form sent with your invoice and return the goods to us at the address stated above. If there is any difference in price you must included a cheque made payable to Mama Feelsgood. If the item you wish to ecahnge is cheaper we will refund the difference via the original method of payment.

International customers if wanting an exchange must pay all postage costs incurred, ie return and out going mail costs.

 

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Mama Feelsgood for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s) by post to the address above. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
