Deliveries 

Ok so your options for delivery are:

If you live within the UK 

• 2nd class post = £2.99   slowest method  take 3+ working days, no tracking 
• 1st class post = £4.00   Faster method 1-2 working days for delivery, no tracking
• next day delivery = £12.99 Via Royal Mail, orders MUST be placed before 1pm and no sunday delvieries so no good for orders placed on the weekend.

All of the above are via Royal Mail, 1st class and 2nd class post do not come with tracking abilities so we will ot be able to tell you where it is once it's been posted. If you would like a signature upon delivery just ask and we will be able to send recorded delivery but it will cost additional money.

European delivery

OK so if you live in Europe here are your options:

• 1st class airmail  £5.99    NO TRACKING, no signature upon delivery    3-7 working days
• 1st class international sign for / Airsure  £12.99     2 - 7 working days . signature upon delivery , Airsure is tracked (Airsure is only available to these contries)

All of the delivery methods are via Royal Mail.

Worldwide Delivery

 We won't leave you out, we want everyone in the world to get our clothes !

• 1st class Airmail £8.99  3-7 working days  No tracking, no signature
• 1st class Airmail sign for £15.99 2- 7 working days via international sign for or Airsure

Please note if you want tracking then you have to pay the extra, so you choose either the cheaoer option and no tracking or the more expensive but tracked. If you ask us for tracking numbers and you've chosen 1st class airmail we won't be able to provide one !

Important

Any customs or import duties levied once your parcel reaches it's destination country are the buyers responsibilites to pay and not Mama FeelsGood Limted ie your have to pay them. Please contact your local authorities for more information on import duties etc if you want to know the price.

Returns 

We know that buying before you've tried it on doesn't always work out, so if you find your clothes from us are too big, too small, not what you thought they would be, or just not your thang then we will of course have them back for a refund or an exchange.Please note that unless the items are faulty YOU PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE to get the clothes back to us.

Sorry to get all bad ass but we do not accept clothes back that have been worn, smell of smoke or food or have a strong odour, or washed or have deodorant stains on, lipstick stains or any kinda stains! (of course ladies try the clothes on but thats it if you want to return them don't wear them then ask for a refund), we are a small company and it honestly upsets  when people try and return worn goods . If they have been worn or are not in the same condition as we sent them out we will return them to you; also we know when something has been washed so don't wash and return because they will get sent back too - blimey we sound awful but we won't be able to sell them on and you wouldn't want to buy something someone else had worn . 

OK to return your clothes for a refund or exchange:

• You have 30 days from recepit to get them back to us, with original tags dudes.
• complete the refund / exchange slip that came with your package pop that in with your clothes you want to return and send to:

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please get proof of postage just incase they get lost in the post - if they do get lost on the way back to us we will not refund the cost of the goods thats the responsibility of whichever company provide the postal serivce.  So for your own protection we strongly advise you use a service which will insures the price of the goods in intransit and provides proof of postage (ie royal Mail recorded delivery). 

Returns 

As mentioned above we do not refund the cost of return postage , & you have 30 days from receipt of goods to get them back to us. 

All refunds will be made in the same way the goods were purcahsed ie if by card refunds will be refunded back to the card you used to purchase items, if via Paypal refunded to your paypal account and via cheque etc.

Card refunds - please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to show on your statement as the length of time refunds take varies depending upon card issuer

We promise to refund within 5 workind days of receiving the good back  (unless they are unworthy for a redund as stated above).

Exchanges 

• If you would like an exchange we pay the postage for the return of the exchanged goods for the first exchange only, any other exchange on the same purchase after that you pay all postage on. ie we pay the postage for the clothes to get to you; you must pay the return postage for the initial return to us for the exchange. (UK customers)
• Just fill out the exchange form which came with your order and pop it in with your returned clothes and send back to us at the address mentioned above.
• If the exchanged goods are more expensive then your original order then please include a cheque made payable to Mama FeelsGood for the difference
• If the goods are cheaper we will refund the difference via the same method you used for payment ie back to your card or paypal etc
• if the items you wanted for an exchange have sold out we will email you to let you know. 
• Foreign cusmtomers must pay all postage costs for exchanges.

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Mama FeelsGood for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s) by post to the address above. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
