I can’t get over how bad my neck and back are, and thats from lifiting the boxes of maternity and breastfeeding tees i had delivered last week. OK i so i know there were ALOT of them but i honestly didn’t do the major part of the lifting, if anyone should have a bad back it’s matthew.

Maybe it;s my computer chair thats making my back out of allignment or something. After all i literally live in the thing, i’m always on my PC nowadays. Perhaps i should invest in an upgrade and go for a chair that wasn’t a reject from a skip ha ha you think i’m joking, but whats rubbish to some people is another mans gold (or womens!!).

The new nursing tees are fantastic it must be said. I am having one screened up with the eightball design for myself, there is one perk to this job, i get to wear the first screend breastfeeding tee…and before anyone asks no i am not pregnant or breastfeeding the shirt just totally rocks and you can’t even tell it’s a nursing one so it’s awesome. Like i always say our tees are and investment, you don;t have to stop wearing them just because you don;t breastfeed anymore.

Last year i went and Tim Smit the founder of the eden project was a guest speaker, and he was fabulous. So funny, so enthausiastic and really pushed the point of not letting people deter you from what YOU really wanna do. The previous year Rachel Elnaugh spoke and again she was a real motivational person, fabulous choice of speaker i thought. Just shows you can be a women and have childrn and run your own big business.

Mama Feelsgood - Funky matenity & Breastfeeding tees.

Whoa today is a BIG day in the hostory of Mama Feelsgood, we are getting our second big delivery in and it’s going to be a back breaker. Hey we don’t need forklift trucks or any fancy machines like that when you have a husband!!

No honestly we recently have got a small storage warehouse for all our new breastfeeding T-shirts   but there is no facility for forklifts (not that we would buy one, those monsters cost a fortune) so it’s a couple os sack trucks , me, matthew and matthew dad John oh and of course Amelia supervising ha ha.

This was the size of the first truck which came, so we aren’t talking mini truck or anyhting. Poop i wish i had bigger muscles, i expect my back will go by just looking at the boxes. hee hee.

Anyways the goodies on the truck totally out weigh the back breaking work. We have re jigged our nursing Tops design  and so all our new nursing shirts from now on will have a 90% cotton lycra underlayer, so it gives it a little extra stretch.

We’ll let you know when they are ready for purchase guys.

Well christmas is really not very far away, and if you are shrewd i’d get your christmas shopping in early this year. Don’t know about you but i always end up spending more on pressies when i leave it later. anyways we are just about to do another run to the screen printers for our tees, so just to update you we are getting 

more Kat Breastfeeding T-shirts (Grey) in soon, in all the sizes ie 8-18 .

We are also going to get some more Island Nursing  tops in white in all the sizes, so keep an eye out for them. We are also getting a new design, can’t say too much until it’s out but we love it and it’s quite cute but with a Twist!!

I’m totally not digging this years X factor, personally maybe they have done it for too many years so i’ve taken the opourtunity to update you guys on all the goodies we have in store.

Our funky Princess Maternity tee is totally off the wall, it’s bonkers but in the right way if that makes sense!! It was such a blast taking the photos for this maternity top, Christine our model was up for a laugh so we thought we would go for something different and try a stinky nappy…..No it wasn’t a real one, well it didn’t have any  stinky in it ha ha.

Our Princess breastfeeding top is proving to be very popular too and will be going for another screen print run soon, so don’t worry ladies there’s plenty of nursing tops to go around !!

We just wanted to say a big thanks to all our friends who were super kind to come and model our breastfeeding tops and maternity tees. Sheri, Jess, Lynn & Christine all did a fabulous job, and made it look really easy . We had a laugh doing it too even though our first shoot took like 5 hours.

Laura our fabulous photographer really came into her own and added a great sense of direction and focus not forgetting took loads of kick ass photographs.

As this is Mama Feelsgood’s first collection of funky maternity t-shirts and breastfeeding tops it was so cool to see them on various people all with differing shapes and styles. Our maternity Vee neck tee is totally fabulous for your new found mama’s cleavage, a style we may well extend to our breastfeeding range in the future. Seeing the functionality of the nursing tops didn’t compromise on the style was a huge bonus too. 

Very exciting times, we really hope our first ever collection is well received, we are planning new styles and prints for further collections now, so stayed tuned !
