We’ve had tons of emails about our maternity tees , 

Apologies guys it’sbeen a real busy time here at Mama Headquarters both business wise and personally so  our stocks of maternity tees just haven’t been replenished and we basically haven’t had the shirts reprinted. I know big slap on our hands, mega mega sorry. 

We have gone through the very little stocks of maternity shirts we have left  and listed them on the site , BUT there really is’nt too many of each size left in stock so if there is something you like you better get in quick because we can’t say it will be around long, and our next print run is still a while away.

The shirt with the most stock at the moment is our Grey Island short sleeve maternity T-shirt

We are super super pleased to announce that Mama Feelsgood maternity & Breastfeeding Tees will be featuring in the April spring edition of UK Vogue 2009.

We were approached by Vogue earlier this week and invited to feature in their Vogue Bambini section which will be promoting THE maternity brands for the spring / summer 2009. Wow what a massive compliment, i am totally in awe of Vogue, i mean such an iconic magazine and am so excited that Mama Feelsgood has been given the opportunity to feature in it.

The April edition will be out early March so we will give you the heads up when it’s in the stores, cool

I Don’t mean to be secreative about things but something REALLY good happened today in the world of Mama Feelsgood. It’s not confirmed as yet but when it is i will let you know….

It’s so cool that sometimes things do swing your way, and that after all the hard work and years of late nights and basically taking risks and the worry that that can bring it is worth it. Sometimes when you think things go unnoticed you never really know what is happening behind the scenes and where fate can take you.

I don’t want to get too deep and emotional but i totally love Mama Feelsgood, and i love manufacturing and designing our own brand of maternity & breastfeeding shirts. I love the great response we get and i love the constructive comments from all our customers, and i totally live and breath this company. Some really great people have helped me over the time i have been getting the website and brand up and going: Martin thanks for everything, Godmachine for giving me a total reality check and producing some of the coolest work ever, Laura Michelle Power for being the best photographer ever, Lynn, Jess & Sheri for strking the funkiest poses ever, and Matthew for being the best husband and supporter ever, (not forgetting the rest of my family for really being behind me).

OK i promise i won’t get emotional again for a while, well at least until tomorrow because it’s my daughters birthday

Mama Feelsgood – The place for maternity & breastfeeding Tees

Had to smile today, had a really cool email from one of my customers (Lily) who let me know how handy our breastfeeding tee’s are for soaking up little spills which can (and usually alot) during breastfeeding.

Because our breastfeeding tops are 100% cotton they are great for absorbing the milk and don’t spread and leave gigantic wet rings !. Thats the benefit of cotton nursing tops, if it were viscose or polyester the drip would have become the size of your fist ha ha brings back memories of going out without wearing breast pads one day and it looked like i had been swimming !!

Woo hoo we are going crazy, our maternity belly bands are now on sale. 1 band is £4.99 an d buy 2 bands and get them for the fantastic price of £9.99. Honestly these bands are fantastic addition to your maternity wardrobe.

They can be used as well for breastfeeding to cover your tummy, so for something so cheap they have many uses. Grab one while you can.

I totally love these guys at I Am The Trend.com , as they say themselves “Think the yellow pages of awesomeness” . If the indie scene really rocks your world and you prefer a more individual , original slant on fashion then this website is a must (and i’m not just saying that because Mama Feelsgood is listed on there!).  It basically lists loads of really cool websites that cater to your kinda thing, from mens tees to maternity wear there is an ever growing list of some of The coolest on0line stores around.

It’s a really fluid site which is kept up to date (they list new products EVERY Tuesday) and people get the chance to rate their favourite stores to help give some feedback. I can honestly say some of the new up coming brands are listed on there, and you will be in heaven especially if Tees are your thing. Just to give you a hint at some of my favourite stores on there : Linty Fresh is totally cool, Mediocore Clothing is a good one too, man there are loads of fab companies on there.

Anyways seriousl check it out, and thanks Adam for your generiousity, you are a cool guy.

Mama Feelsgood- THE coolest maternity & breastfeeding tees

Tonight is the Start up Live Business event held in Bristol and i am going to it , should be cool. I have been to a previous one and it was really good, quite helpfull really and considering it is free i thought it was very well put together.

The speakers tonight are :

	Keynote: Nick Baker Managing Director, Sharps Brewery
	Hear how Nick purchased Sharps Brewery in 2003 , a small micro brewery in Rock, Cornwall. The result has been a transformation of the business, with its principle brand Doombar becoming one of the fastest growing beer brands in the U.K

Lets hope he has brought some free samples with him ha ha.

There is always a fabulous free raffle at the end too which is quite a generous one, so will out my name in that for sure. I get a little bit uneasy at some of these events as some people really like to show off and boast alot about their business, and really i think the clue is in the events name Start-ups, if you are a massive company there really is no need to go, i love Mama Feelsgood but to boast about it really isn’t me…..well sometimes ha ha.

If i spot a pregnant lady i will have to grab her and have a chat!!

Mama Feelsgood – Maternity & Breastfeeding tees

Just wanted to say thanks to all our customers and friends thanks for the feedback. As we are a new company the only way we are going to get things spot on is to receive feedback from our customers so to all those people who have sent emails / letters thanks guys

Whether good or bad all feedback is always well received, thats how we can make things better. We are planning to change our postage charges for maternity acessories as we basically based all our postage charges on sending T-shirts and not the bands alone. So hopefully with some help from Rapid Web (our website company) we can change our postage rates to if you buy a belly band alone it will be a flat rate of £1.20.

Also it’s very exciting our second run of breastfeeding tees will be in store hopefully in January and these are a little different from our ones at the moment as the under layers have 95% cotton 5 % spandex, and they are slightly a  longer length. We are also introducing some new graphics which will be totally cool.

Honestly with all the hard work we’ve put into creating Mama Feelsgood, and all the years it’s taken to produce a product we are proud in ( honestly there are so many manufacturers which don’t produce quality garments, and beleive us we’ve met a few) it’s so cool to get such a nice review. We truly believe our maternity tees   and nursing tops are really well made, and offer fab value for money, and are kinda breaking the mould of nursing fashion and broading maternity fashion too.
