Now this is genius…..made me laugh.

Ok so it’s nearly christmas here and the weather is totally freezing here in the UK but remember we delivery worldwide, so people in hotter places of the world we ar ehere for you!!.Alot of people can’t stand the cold weather here and a few of my friends have jetted off for warmer climates, and gotta say our Mama 8 Ball maternity tee would be a fantastic addition to any holiday wardrobe.

The thing with being pregnant is you can span alot of different seasons, and realistically you want to get as much wear as possible out of your maternity clothes. We do sell alot of long sleeve maternity tee,s but dont forget if our baseball short sleeve takes you fancy you can always layer it up with a “normal” tee, especially if you are in your earlier stages of pregnancy. All our maternity t-shirts are longer length so will keep your bump warm and hide any bump that might poke out!!

Tonight is the Start up Live Business event held in Bristol and i am going to it , should be cool. I have been to a previous one and it was really good, quite helpfull really and considering it is free i thought it was very well put together.

The speakers tonight are :

	Keynote: Nick Baker Managing Director, Sharps Brewery
	Hear how Nick purchased Sharps Brewery in 2003 , a small micro brewery in Rock, Cornwall. The result has been a transformation of the business, with its principle brand Doombar becoming one of the fastest growing beer brands in the U.K

Lets hope he has brought some free samples with him ha ha.

There is always a fabulous free raffle at the end too which is quite a generous one, so will out my name in that for sure. I get a little bit uneasy at some of these events as some people really like to show off and boast alot about their business, and really i think the clue is in the events name Start-ups, if you are a massive company there really is no need to go, i love Mama Feelsgood but to boast about it really isn’t me…..well sometimes ha ha.

If i spot a pregnant lady i will have to grab her and have a chat!!

Mama Feelsgood - Maternity & Breastfeeding tees

I am honestly not joking but i went out Friday night for an early christmas meal with some work friends (thanks Christine for organising that) and i had a hair in my soup, not any old hair…..yeap the worst kind …yeap your right one of those!!!

Shame because it was a really nice soup!!! The main course was really nice and the desert was out of this world but after having a bad experience with the starter it  kinda put me off the restuarant!!

Some exciting times ahead for Mama Feelsgood, with the new year aproaching it is a really good time to reflect on things business wise and plan a path ahead for where we are going to go with the business. We are going to release more desgins to broaden our range of graphic tees, and hopefully some new style tees , both maternity and breastfeeding will be hitting our store in 2009. With the credit crunch it is a scary time to be starting a business but we are really happy with the first couple of months we have been trading, and really enjoy what we do.

Mama Feelsgood - Maternity tees you wanna wear!

Right i am so behind it is unreal, i was supposed to send some shirts for the breastfeeding and maternity fashion show thats happening in Leeds next saturday (check out breast buddies website for more info ) and i am so slack.  I have the shirts ready to go and i must remember to post them tomorrow. nice little surprise as i thought i would experiment and get some different coloured breastfeeding tees printed up with the 8 Ball design. So there is a Pink tee and dark Grey tee (both new colours for Mama Feelsgood) and they have the white 8ball design on them., Sorry dudes i don;t have any pictures yet.

So really the lucky ladies of Leeds are going to get the first look at some new shirts…… It’s so cool choosing which designs go on which tees, i totally love it. I wore the black 8Ball breastfeeding tee on Thursday and i got so many compliments i was well chuffed. One friend said “i thought you were gonna wear one of your nursing tees in today” and i was like, yeah i have…… they couldn’t even tell it was a breastfeeding t-shirt so there you go, you can wear them even when you stop feeding your little one.

Mama Feelsgood- Not your regular Tee

Yo dudes, just a quick heads up on the Island tee situation as a few guys have sent messages about sizes and stock. Both the grey and the white Island maternity T-shirts are back in all sizes and the white Island breastfeeding tee is back again available in all sizes.

 Also The white nursing tee will be phased out in early 2009, so catch it while it is available, really cool design and will become quite rare as we aren’t gonna make it in white for some time again!

Mama Feelsgood - Totally cool maternity tees

Man this made me laugh when i watched it. I admit i don’t watch Family Guy very much but my friends rave about it , so when i spotted this clip on You Tube i thought it might be cool to share!

Maybe i should consider doing breastfeeding tops for men? ha ha Stu definately looked like he could do with a nursing bra !!!! Maybe i will have to catch some re-runs of family guy, they show them on one of the various sky channels so might be good for a laugh. Although lately i have been watching the Last millionaire on BBC 3 , some of them really don’t do very well i was a little surprised. If half of them did nothing they would have had more cash and maybe won….

Just wanted to say thanks to all our customers and friends thanks for the feedback. As we are a new company the only way we are going to get things spot on is to receive feedback from our customers so to all those people who have sent emails / letters thanks guys

Whether good or bad all feedback is always well received, thats how we can make things better. We are planning to change our postage charges for maternity acessories as we basically based all our postage charges on sending T-shirts and not the bands alone. So hopefully with some help from Rapid Web (our website company) we can change our postage rates to if you buy a belly band alone it will be a flat rate of £1.20.

Also it’s very exciting our second run of breastfeeding tees will be in store hopefully in January and these are a little different from our ones at the moment as the under layers have 95% cotton 5 % spandex, and they are slightly a  longer length. We are also introducing some new graphics which will be totally cool.

Mama Feelsgood- Funky maternity tees

These are sooooo cute.

I use to read Dr Seuss books when i was little, loved “he Cat In The Hat” and know every year i have to watch The Grinch on tv; so when i stumbled upon these childrens tees i thought they were super cute.

You can get romper suits, bibs hoodies and loads more, the only site i could find though was in the USA but het postage isnt that much and it makes them a little more special to get them from such a distance.

The hoodies are really cute, i found them on this website and on this website too  , i’m thinking of making a purchase myself

Maybe as well as maternity tops and breastfeeding T-shirts i could do kids ????

Mama Feelsgood- Funky breastfeeding tees

WE know we are running low on our 8 ball nursing shirt, but we promise more have just gone to print and will be in store ready for christmas. You guys are so sweet, had alot of interest from husbands and boyfriends asking of we have certian breastfeeding clothes for their partners , as they will make fab christmas presents.

I love the eightball tee too (as mentioned before am getting one for myself because they rock), in the new year probably will be extending this print to different colour shirts too, so watch this space.
